We Encourage Christians To Develop A Biblical Worldview

Using a unique faith-based approach, servant leadership principles, and the Word of God, we teach Christians how to conduct business God’s way. Through Scripture, our blogs, devotionals, and workshops, we provide encouragement to the Christian community by teaching them how to apply God’s Word and kingdom principles to every area of life, including work.

We urge believers to develop a Christian or biblical worldview by renewing their minds daily
with God’s Word so that ultimately they replace secular thinking with a godly mindset.

A biblical worldview offers a holistic approach to Christian living in both our public and private lives.

What Is A Biblical Worldview?

A biblical or Christian worldview is a mindset that embraces God’s biblical truths in every arena of life. It is a holistic approach to Christian living and requires a conscious, intellectual commitment to apply biblical principles to work, business, politics, science, art, economics, finance, law, education, and every known discipline.

Public vs. Private

Purely privatized faith constrains the gospel; therefore, it must become an integral part of our work and business philosophy. God created work and entrusted it to us.

Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.

2 Corinthians 13:5

Sacred vs. Secular

There is a great divide between intellectual and spiritual thinking. One conforms to secular interpretations and the other is framed by our belief in God and His Word.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Romans 12:2

Some vs. All

God’s Word is relevant in every area of life, not just our spiritual life. Our work is a gift from God and a key element to maintaining families, communities, and cultures.

And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; foryou serve the Lord Christ.

Colossians 3:23-24

Serving God is more than church work.

A study of Genesis 1:27-28 reveals that God conceived and created work. After creation was finished the very first job assignment was given to the first workforce of believers, Adam and Eve. “Then God blessed them, and God said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea.'” Nancy Pearcy, author of Total Truth, refers to this passage of Scripture as the “cultural mandate because it tells us that our original purpose was to create cultures and build civilizations – nothing less.” Whether your vocation is business, education, politics, science, construction, or ministry, honorable work is service to God and highly valued by Him.
